System Engineer - Monitoring (M/F) CDI

As part of the development of its “Trusted Services Europe”, both nationally and internationally, EBRC is seeking to recruit a : System Engineer - Monitoring (M/F) - CDI

 

As a System Engineer - Monitoring, you will :

  • Take charge of the design, implementation, updates and day-to-day management of monitoring architectures;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of monitoring infrastructures (performance, centralization, standardization, etc.);
  • Raise user awareness of our monitoring tool and of the alarms generated;
  • Create trend reports on system capacity and availability;
  • Be able to understand basic application flows with a view to setting up business-oriented “monitoring”.

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in computer science (BAC+3) and two to four years' experience in a similar position;
  • You have a good knowledge of monitoring solutions (Centreon, Nagios, etc.);
  • A first experience with the Centreon BI reporting tool would be an asset;
  • Ideally, you have a basic knowledge of SIEM (Security Information Event Management) using the Arcsight tool;
  • You are familiar with Linux RedHat-based system administration;
  • You have a good command of scripting/automation (knowledge of Ansible is considered an asset);
  • You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • You are familiar with ITIL core processes;
  • Customer service oriented, you are willing to perform on-call duties enabling EBRC to guarantee continuity of the services subscribed to by its customers. For further information:
